Notes

Add campden when dry hopping to help scavenge oxygen.

Based loosely on Scott Janis's Simcoe/Mosaic IPA recipe, with some newer comments from him.

Second dry hop added when ready to carb. Drop to 58F for 2 days, dry hop and then carb and serve.
