Added 0.5L tap water. Skipped the sparging. Just dipped the bag in another pot of hot water that I added into the wort for boiling.
In hind sight maybe that wasn't a good idea because my OG was low. I'm tempted to get a proper mash ton.

Lots of sediment. Keg not completely full but filled two bottles with alot of sediment |
