Pitched dry yeast (sprinkle) at 18C. |

Dry with sour aftertaste. Sweeteed 200ml with 50ml to taste (Kerstin and Mum)
Should equate to 15200ml to 3800ml for keg.
Will rack 15litres to 2l for intial taste test in keg and mix to final solution.
Cold crashed for 24 hours at 2C |
