Left the temp high since I want to get all the possible esters from kveik. Adjusted temperature for OG is around 1.040 so my efficiency is clearly higher when I have smaller amount of grains, which is of course expected. |

Tasted one can and beer is nice, but little watery. Maybe adding a little more adjuncts like wheat and changing the yeast to something else would help. |

Final comments for this:
-Nice and tart, citrus flavors
-Needs a bit more bite, more hops (recipe adjusted)
-Needs also a little bit more carbonation and alcohol to balance out the beer (recipe adjusted)
-Kveik farmhouse yeast flavors are quite overhelming, but still not too much |
