Slow fermentation, basement temp range 63.1 - 65.3 from 16-Apr to 23-Apr. Slow, steady bubble in lock from 19th - 22. Noticed krausen ring slightly on 20th, more by 22nd. |

Warrior adds nice subtle bitterness throughout, have some light tropical fruitiness (Talus) but not over-done. About halfway into 22 oz bottle, start to notice a light 'minty' finish. Probably best use of Polaris so far. |
