Notes

Vanilla beans cut lengthwise, then into 1 inch pieces and soaked x1 week in 4-5oz Capt. Morgan Spiced Rum. After >14 days fermenting, ~5 days before bottling.

Add the cold brewed coffee at bottling, can taste and then add more if needed.
Used Roaster's Choice from Thornton's Roasters for the cold brew, coarse ground.
