Notes

The Yeast is actually slurry from the last IPA - 2nd generation. But we are keeping the costs in for conservative cost estimates.
Boiled some last runnings from a previous batch to activate the yeast while brewing.

The Cascade Hops come from Steve Scheunart in Vaudreuil.

This is a taste test for medium strength American IPA at half IBU, to see how it turns out.
