Mash going smooth. SG of 1.046 at 10min in. pH was right on point. Efficiency a little lower than expected. |

Boiled at 100% for 30 min, instead of 60 min at 65% as usual. Due to the fact that there was no hop additions during boil. Got same wort volume after. |

Was only able to get 2oz Sabro (Leaf/Whole) into the stainless dry hop container. Also, the stainless container was mostly floating when I added the hops in. Dont think I'll be dry hopping with whole leaf hops again.

Adjusting recipe to remove the mosaic whole leaf dry hop addition and replacing it with 2oz of Nelson and 2oz of Waimea hops for the final dry hop. I increased the final hop charge to 4oz as the hi krausen charge was only limited to 2oz. |

2 oz NZ Waimea (Pellet) on day 5
Moved up the dry hop charge as fermentation seems to have nearly completed already.
