Notes

It's been too long since I've had a Frootwood; this was built based on what I could remember!

Oats give it a very thick mouth feel, the wood will come through with age. Keep it light on the lactose so you don't lose the tartness of the cherries.

Scott informed me Drain Red Tart Cherries water, Puree with device, Freeze Cherry Puree to Kill Bacteria before Late Addition In Fermenter Last 2 to 3 days.

For the Bourbon Wood Chips he recommended leave in fermenter for 2 months
