Notes

This is the FW Pivo Pils recipe from BYO.

Add 7g of calcium chloride to reverse osmosis water.

Mash at 145 for 15 mins and bring to 155 for another 30 mins.

Chill wort to 48f. Ferment at 50f. After 4 days, add dry hop, after three more days, raise to 60f for three days, lager at 34f for a month.
