Kegged. Carbonated at 25 psi for 30 minutes while shaking the keg to dissolve CO2 (room temp). Then put in kegerator at 11 psi to finish carbonating.

Mild. Not my favorite style, but still seemed to come out well for my first all-grain batch. Fermented down to 1.005, which is super dry. Presumably because the mash temp was too low?
