Kegged. Carbonated at 25 psi for 30 minutes while shaking the keg to dissolve CO2 (room temp). Then put in kegerator at 11 psi to finish carbonating. | |

Mild. Not my favorite style, but still seemed to come out well for my first all-grain batch. Fermented down to 1.005, which is super dry. Presumably because the mash temp was too low? |
