Brewed on Friday night. No chill. Left in the garage overnight. Transferred to fermentors around Saturday noon.
Discarded about 5 liters of trub.
Brew 1: 14 liters from kettle, filled up with cold water up to 23 liters. Added Kølsch yeast, 16 degrees the first period.
Brew 2: 8 liters from kettle, filled up with cold water to 18 liters. Added WLP002 slurry. Left to ferment in the sauna at 20 degrees. OG: 1.034 |

2-3 liters in the other, filled up with the other brew
Got a full keg, OG 1.032 FG 1.009 = 3 %
Adding a few litres of the stronger brew will maybe raise the abv to 3,3? |
