60 ml of finings added, stirred in and cold crashed @ 2.2Cl until 8th when bottling will take place.
Bitterings and Aroma is great.
Bottled sat 8th Jan 22. Produced 39 500ml bottles. Back in ferment fridge @20C for one week.
180g corn sugar added, = 3.5 vols.....must remember to use calculator next time, but did remember to cap in foam.
