Notes

Dec 29th -- gravity sample taken: 1.010. Blowoff tube required due to EXTREMELY vigorous fermentation. Very cloudy and smells of sulphur, but not overpowering (fermentation byproducts). No alcohol on nose or palate. Very drinkable even this early. Excited to get this one in the keg. Impressed with this yeast.
