Notes

Mäska 7,5 L mjukt vatten 61 °C i 30 minuter. Decotionsmäska 1/3 av mäsken (ca 3 L) Koka i 15 min, rör noga så det inte bränner. Rör ner i mäsken igen. Mäsken borde hamna på 68 °C. Håll den där i 30 minuter. Laka till önskad mängd efter 90-minuters kok. Koka 90 minuter. Tillsätt humle. Kyl, tillsätt jäst. Jäs i 10 °C tills jäsningen lugnat sig. Om där är för mycket diacetyl ställ 2-4 dagar i 18 °C. Kallkrascha och tappa som vanligt.
