Notes

This bier is running a 93% AA going into the secondary, has a nice aroma, dry,excellent mouthfeel for a flat bier, nice head and lacing and shows a lot of promise, we will see in a couple months,when is is carbonated and conditioned,
but it looks like it will be way outside the box
Way outside the box, don't drink before Belgiums, if you want to taste them, very hoppy, anything but watered down, reminds me of Europe.
