Notes

Mer enn 2 liter starter med gjærnæring. Inkludert det som er tatt av til neste brygg.
Økt maltmengde for høyere ABV. Økt også litt på humlingen.
Skulle hatt 15 gr Perle 9% bitterhumle. Har ikke. Erstatter med 15 gr Chinook 11,7%. (Prøv Perle neste gang.)
Godt øl som er blitt en av favorittene. :-)


Strike temp 72 grader. Ok!
85% effekt under kok.
Sirkuler med slange, manuell skyll. Pass på ventiler!

Fikk litt lavere OG enn beregnet, tror det var pga. litt dårlig skyll.
