Sour starter: boil 1L water + 114 DME. Transfer to Erlenmeyer, cool, add 5 caps plantarum. Magnetic stirrer. This starter spent about 72hrs at room temp before pitched.

Partially thawed 2.5kg of cherries, boiled grain bag, dumped in fermenter (assumption: primary ferment was mostly done). Upped temp to 27 C, swirled fermenter.
