Notes

Brew date Tue 30th Nov 2021

58l in the hot water tun = 40cm

Mash in about 25l at 78 in the hot water tun to give 67.5C mash for 60 mins

Sparge collected 49l at 1.041 57C 31cm (1.053 adjusted) - at the end I was seeing 1.018 adjusted out of the mash tun (1.006 at 57)

41l at 1.060 in the fermenter but I forgot to add the dextrose so will drop that from the recipe and update the efficiency - 72% includes losses for hops.

Finished perfectly at 1.013
When it got to high Krausen the temp got up to about 21C but cooled after 12 hours and fermented at 18.5C then finished for 24hours at 22C

Perfect volume into 2 corny
