Notes

Maple syrup added at end of boil. OG hit 1.095! Have fermenter in cooler with water 3/4 up side of bucket, wife monitoring and adjusting with frozen 20 oz bottles. Temp of water stays between 60 and 62. Will bring temp up slowly to 68 at end of 5 days.
