Notes

처음에는 커피번을 모티브로 레시피를 작성하여 만들었으나 발효 후 맛을 보니 커피번보다는 건과일 초콜릿의 맛과 향이 나기에 이름을 chocolate bark porter로 변경함

-> 탄산화 후 결과

음용성: 상
바디감: 중~하
탄산감: 중상
맛: 초콜렛 중심의 향, 음용 후 알싸하게 다가오는 홉의 씁쓸함과 알코올의 화함
종합: 괜찮은 맥주임, 다만 자주 쓰던 효모 탓인지 효모 냄새가 약간 거슬림. 상업적으로는 나쁘지 않을 맛일 수 있으나 대회에는 약간 아쉬움(독특함 부족) 실제로 대회 수상 실패.
