Notes

R.O. water 5 grams each calcium chloride and gypsum in mash, 2 grams each in sparge water. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in boil. Batch sparge 190 degree water

150F mash

dry hop warm and loose, no cold crash. gelatin added to keg.

A bit to much alcohol to be balanced. Cut back or omit sugar.
