Notes

Dry hop before pitching yeast for bio transformation.

4ml was too acidic, trying 2ml

Champaign yeast left a sulfer aroma. trying american ale yeast as I currently have a beer fermenting with it.

Second attempt will do all additions in a 1.5L starter then water down (with RO) after fermentation is complete.

Continuing with Idaho Gem, the last batch was tasty and I have a lot on hand.
