Racked off fermenter to purged keg. Full batch into keg, no bottles. Gradual carbing over 5 or 6 days at 10-12 lbs. Poured off the first pint of dregs after cleaning lines and tap. Nice fruity, bready aroma. Slight citrus hop note with residual sweetness. I'd guess honey malt and Calcium chloride contributing to that |
