FG ended too high and was a bit too sweet for my preference. Not sure how to fix that short of using a lower temp mash.
Also a lack of yeast in the conditioning phase meant most bottles were pretty flat. Next time, allow the beer to warm up and add some neutral dry yeast to each bottle eg US-05 |
