Notes

The pumpkin jam refers to Dulce de Calabaza. A jam made of pumpkin (think of what you would make for the filling of a pumpkin pie, adding sugar, but no spices). The addition of the jam will make you reach more of a 1.064 IG.

For sugar, I used a traditional sugar skull candy (Calaberita de Azúcar). Remember to remove the lentejuelas and aluminium bands before adding to the wort.
