Notes

Created for Oct 30th gathering, with folks who like sweeter, lighter and less hoppy beers.
We have made Mad Jack's African Amber a couple of times and wanted to try something different.

We are using fresh hops from our Nugget and Willamette hop plants, recently harvested and some East Kent Goldings for aroma.
Added the Roasted Barley for color and the Crystal and Munich malts for sweetness.
