PALE ALE BREWED WITH CITRA HOPS

Pale Ale brewed and dry hopped with the super popular hop Citra containing high alpha with a strong citrus flavour and aroma.

Alcohol Content: 5.0 ABV

Bitterness: 40 IBU

MASH STEPS.

Mash: 66°C, 60 minutes

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.
