Used a new method to prime and bottle, in an effort to minimize exposure to air/oxidation. Primed each bottle individually with priming solution, before filling (inconsistent volumes of priming solution, so I need to find a better method). I opted to attach the bottling wand directly to the fermenter, thus eliminating the “exposed” bottling bucket.
Sample looked, smelled and tasted good. |
