Brewed 8 March 22, initial grav 1.050, final 1.009 (never had a brew that low before.
16.5ltr into fermentor initial temp 18c, not vigorous
dropped to 12c after 24hr
Raised to 18c 19 mar
commenced dropping temp to 4c 22nd
btld 27 mar conditioned with table sugar aimed for 2.5vol
Lagered at 3c
sampled 13 March, very nice this is likely to be a favourite I will repeat

self review can be a bit Trumpian (Narcissistic!), its hard not to like your own. Most brews I make are ok but honestly not world beaters, this is one of the best I've done
