Notes

Brewed 10/09/21, batch sparge. Mash in with 15 L, 2 g CaCl2, 3 g gypsum, 153 F. After one hour, add 2 L 153 F water, then run off. Fill mash tun to the top with 190 L water, 3 g gypsum, 1.5 ml lactic, then run-off. Collect 26 L. Cool to 66F an pitch. Little head formation during fermentation, didn't look like a typical top-cropper. Dry hopped with 1 oz Hawthorn Goldings on 10/29.
