Adjunct instructions:

  • 2 whole ancho chiles, dried, chopped, add to secondary in a mesh bag for 4 days.
  • 3 vanilla beans, split and scraped, soaked in bourbon for a week. Add bourbon and bean material to secondary for 7 days.
