Added second batch dry hops. Experienced high overflow and lost nearly two pints. Topped off with extra beer from primary fermentation.
Believe beer was still fermenting through initial dry hop. Will take additional gravity reading prior to packaging for accurate ABV, which has likely increased. In reference to "yeast starter" log above, this may be reason for continual fermentation activity. |

Used harvested yeast (white labs 001 or San Diego super yeast) and didn't see klausen after 24 hours. Added a vile of 001 and still no activity after 24 hours. Added new vile of 001 prior to pitching yeast. |
