Notes

Brewed 8/21. OSG 1.063. Brew went well except when we hooked the fermentor up to the glycol chiller we forgot to put the thermostat into the fermentor. We set it at 68 degrees but it didn’t know that so it went straight down to 38 degrees. Took most of the day Sunday to warm up, brought it outside, put heat and heating blanket on. It started to ferment around 7 pm on 8/22. Fermenting like crazy now, dropped 2 lbs of Citra Monday morning around 11am. Crashed Friday night at 1.013.
