Notes

Citralumbarillo is 1oz each of Citra, Columbus, and Amarillo mixed with a weighted AA% of 13%.

Peeled the pith-free skins of two oranges and added near flameout.

This was a delicious, fairly light-bodied IPA. Plan to re-brew with 2-Row after stocking up on grains. Could use a touch more gypsum. Awesome head retention and clarity. A solid "stock" IPA.
