I didn't get the grains crushed by mistake so tried using the blender. Not a good choice. Too fine and had trouble throughout the mash with it getting stuck. Put plenty of husks into the mash but the wort was still very cloudy. |

Boil went OK but compounded my previous problem by not having any irish moss available to flocculate the wort. |

Pitched two packs of dry yeast after hydrating it. Also aerated the wort for ggod measure. Will need to clear the beer at the end of fermentation. |
