yeast pitched as the wort was going into the fermenter. Not sure if this was a good idea as i was also trying to oxygenate the wort. |

Fermentation kicked off some time overnight and was sitting at around 2psi at about 9am.
Spunding Valve set at 6psi. Not a massive amount of activity, but bubbling away nicely. |

Really nice beer, definitely not a TIPA. More bitterness and less tropical flavours than I was hoping. Still really enjoyable. 6.3%ABV |
