Notes

All Grain version of prior Texas Helles. Using Munich Malt & adjusting water to achieve mash to pH ~4.5.

Brew store delivered wrong yeast --used WPL 833 (Bock Lager) vs the recipe WPL 830 (German Lager) --All was still very good-seemed to take a longer time to finish.
