- Boil start @ 12:09pm
- Stuck pump on recirculating through chiller, had to evacuate the filter (blowing though it)
- Boil finish @ 1:15pm, 22.5L @ 212F
Note: not a lot of boil off losses. |

- sub 180F in 6m, fermenter fill in 44m
- put into the keezer with temp set @ 60F
- pitched 2x clarity ferm + yeast (next day)
- adjusted keezer temp to 66F |

Transferred onto 5lbs of blackberries mashed and treated with camden tab. Put it back in the fridge @ 67F to secondary for a week. |
