Notes

60 minute boil
Start with 4 gallons
Steep at 152 for 15 minutes
Sparge with 1 gallon 170 degree water
Add LME and bring to boil
Add 1 oz Chinook upon boil
Add 1 oz chinook after 30 minutes
Add 2 oz Cascade after 20 more minutes
Cool to 110 to 120
Add difference of water to fermentation bucket
Rack mash into fermentation bucket
Ferment for 7 days
Dry hop with 2 oz cascade
Rack into carboy for another 7 days
Dissolve one cup corn sugar in 3/4 pints of water
