I used a lot of the starter in the fermenter, like 1350 ml. That dropped the IG from the boil by 0.001/2 |

It was done fermenting long before this. I just kegged it tonight from the primary. It was 1.017 at 60 degrees, but I let it warm in the cylinder and it is now 1.015 at 68 degrees or so I am going with that as a FG. |

I kegged from the primary. I filled the keg and had to dump a little out as it was up to the very top and I did not want it sucking into the air lines. I hit the keg with some CO2 to bleed off the air on the top. I had at least a half gallon or so in the fermenter, but I could not get any more out without pulling the yeast with it. It is light yellow and clear. Final gravity is 1.017 at 60 degrees according to the Fermtape. It was 1.015 at 68 degrees after warming. |

Brought this to Sue and Bernie's party and everyone loved it and we killed the keg. I will certainly make this again. |
