Started soaking 8 oz cacao nibs from Ecuador and 4 vanilla beans in vodka in separate containers.
Planning on roasting marshmallows tomorrow evening and adding them to the beer once transferred to secondary. |

Checked gravity and hasn't changed since I checked last. Fermentation is complete and will be transferred to secondary on 8 oz of cacao nibs, 4 full vanilla beans cut up in to 1/4" pieces and a bunch of roasted marshmallow. |
