Notes

Trying the complementary profiles of the two hops (Galaxy and Mosaic).
This is the second version. A favorite. Altered yeast from wlp840, and less volume. Will possibly dry hop in keg. Had problems during mashing: the water got stuck due to grains being too small and too much flour-like. Had too stir throughout. However, efficiency turned out high. May skip the dry hop this time.
