Heated 1 gallon 13 cups to 162
- added 1g baking soda, 0.5g gypsum, 1.5g calcium chloride, 1g epsom salt
- mashed in grains - dropped temp to ~158F
- added several cubes of ice to bring it to ~152F

- squeezed bag
- sparged with ~2cups of almost boiled water
- squeezed bag again
- added 4ml of lactic acid - dropped pH to 4.68
- added 2ml of lactic acid - dropped pH to 4.4
(continuously heated water while taking samples - samples were cooled in freezer) |

Added 12oz frozen raspberry’s
- thawed and refrozen several times
- used funnel to dump the berries - had to shake and poke it all through
Been using swap cooler to keep around 68, was at 78 at one point |
