Added 1200g of Mangosteen. I soaked 4kg of mangosteen in starsan for about an hour before peeling. Then I santised the 1200g flesh for 15 minutes at 71c. Dumped into the fermzilla (primary), flushed with CO2 and put back. Will watch. |
