Notes

Ferment in primary until fermentation slows, transfer to secondary and wait for fermentation to stop.

Add Gelatin (optional) 3 days prior to bottling and cold crash in fridge to clarify beer.

Very smooth with a light sweetness and 6+% alcohol.
