Notes

Recipe inspired by "To George!" by Jamil Zainesheff in Brewing Classic Styles, with modifications for equipment, efficiency, hop utilization, available ingredients, etc.
--------------------------------

Full volume, no sparge.

90 minute boil

add 0 min hop additions 5 min after power off, then chill after last hop addition

----------------------------------
Was planning a 20 min protein rest but lost track of time, ended up being 30 minutes. Oops.

Overshot target OG of 1.049, ended up at 1.055.

YVH packages gave me 0.3oz extra, so I split it up between the additions. Originally planning 2.25 60 min, 1.5 at 30 min, 1.25 at 15 min, and 1.0 at 0 min. This added about 3 IBUs to the total.
