SG = 8.1 Brix = 1.032 g/L
Low extraction rate more than likely due to poorly ground wheat kernels. Should have ground twice.

OG = 11.4 Brix = 1.046 g/L.
FG = 1.015 g/l with hydrometer and 6.8 Brix which equals the same final gravity as hydrometer. Yeast was not as attenuative as WB-06 or WLP0300
