Sample tasted rather delicious. Body and sweetness actually seemed pretty on. Maybe lacking a little flavor that I think can be made up with the dry hop. Had a bit of a wort-ish or possibly yeasty taste to it. Wouldn't be surprised since only day 4 or 5. I think it's on the right track and decided not to add any yeast to further attenuate. |

1 oz Sequoia (Pellet) for 3 days
1 oz Yakima Valley Hops - LUPOMAX Sabro (19.5 AA) (Lupulin Pellet) for 3 days
Placed in muslin bag with sanitized spoon. Holding off on the 1 oz Sabro to see if it needs it in the keg. Set to 16C after addition. |
