Notes

Recipe calls for 1# Corn Sugar as Late Addition. I eliminated the corn sugar for a more reasonable 6.2% ABV.
Fermented at high temp...around 78degF to accentuate fruitiness.
Belgian Saison carbonation volumes CO2 2.5-3.5. 5.0 oz of Corn Sugar in kit...gives only 2.4 volumes. I'll prime to 3.0 volumes.
